As an attachment you will find the form "follow-up of changes - commissioning or first rental". We ask that you complete, sign and return that form to the address stated on the form before January 10, 2021.
We use the information in the form to determine the cadastral income of your building.
You must notify us within 30 days after a new or rebuilt building has been taken into use or rented out of that commissioning or letting.
If the building is not yet occupied or rented out, you either state the estimated start date or indicate that this deum is not yet known.

On the back of this letter you will find an extract from the Income Tax Code for information purposes.
